Daniele's service was extraordinary. I had reserved a Volkswagen through a third party aggregator site that had rigid terms and elusive customer service. Daniele at AutoOne stepped in and treated me like a King.. He upgraded me to a brand new Mercedes at no additional cost, and made the process easy and stress free. Easily the best rental car experience in all of my Italian travels. I will happily rent from them again!

BEWARE of car rental service! First they miss scheduled pickup service, had to call the central office to let them know I was waiting in the train station. Then the car was not what I booked; "this is an upgrade to your booking" they claimed, even though the car was in poor condition and extremely dirty (inside and out). Existing dents and scuffs are poorly documented (or documentation is forged somehow) and then they try to charge you when car is returned. Oddly enough they are willing to make the damage disappear in exchange for a "tip"... Didn't seem like it was the first time, most likely this is the typical approach with foreign customers. Never again!!

Having gone down to Salerno to admire the famous Christmas lights, I had the pleasure of visiting this large and modern dealership, which is part of a group operating at a national level, with offices also in my city, Rome. Thanks to the sellers but above all to the manager, Mr. Vincenzo Giarritiello, I left with the car of my dreams, an opportunity taken from the used market, guaranteed not only by the dealer himself, but also by the extensive and certified documentation guaranteeing the state maintenance of the vehicle. Mr. Vincenzo was able to interpret my needs, advising me on the best and enriching the offer with accessories (parking sensors), fundamental for a peaceful drive in my city. Furthermore, he made himself available for every phase of the purchase, from the preparation of the vehicle to the transfer of ownership, thus relieving me of the annoying tasks related when buying a car. I highly recommend visiting this car show because anyone who wants to buy a car can find a wide range of brands and models, and economical solutions capable of making the operation accessible to everyone.

All perfect! I was looking for an Opel Mokka and I came across AutOne, and fortunately I was followed in practice by Antonio Melchiorre, a symbol of professionalism and availability. The machine had some imperfections (a few scratches here and there) and Antonio managed to fix it with great care and dedication (keeping me updated gradually on how everything was progressing) as if it were perfectly new! I was really very satisfied, we will certainly return for the next car in the safe and very reliable hands of Antonio Melchiorre!
